Ratings and reviews

The watch is ALWAYS disconnecting from the app and it takes FOREVER to get it reconnected to the app. Customer Service doesn't get back to you until several days/weeks have passed. Plus you have to pay for the app that connects the watch to your phone after the first year. Not worth it in my opinion. It works great when it works, but it only works for a day or two if even that long before you have to go through the time consuming hassle of trying to get it to reconnect again.

If I could, I would give no stars. About a month of using the app it asks me to upgrade at $20.00/month. I was no longer able to log in normally. App was advertised as free to use for connected scale only. Many multiple emails back and forth with c/s stating that was the only thing to do. Scale basically became very over-priced now with no free weight tracking as advertised.

Pt. 2 - it started working again with a couple of hangs in the past couple of days. I'm guardedly optimistic. Pt. 1- I elected to go ahead and pay the expensive subscription monthly fee to have access to all of the features and it worked great for about 3 months and then suddenly quit. Can't log in, can't recover my password, can't create a new account. Submitted request for help via website last week and haven't heard anything.
