I can't get the app to work - I've deleted and reloaded the app but constantly get a message "An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later."

The system on the boat couldn't accept these tickets, they would only allow me to board if I paid again in cash, and the office the captain sent me to refused to refund the money, but gave me another number to call for someone who wasn't in. DO NOT USE THE APP TAKE CASH.

One of the best things to do in the QC hands down. Being affordable helps 😄
