After repeated issues with the app, and multiple reinstalls, support just ask me to update. If I've had to reinstall multiple times I would be on the most up to date version of the app... It seems to be more unreliable as time goes on, I am forced to use this app while working from home but it is incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend other companies using Hero's services.

After using this app for approximately 9 months I can honestly say that this app is still half bake and far away from being complete. It's a great concept but the app is clunky to use, slow, and is still lacking basic features like being able to customise your notification sound. One day it might become great but currently after all this time its still not even half way there. I would certainly not pay a cent to use this app in its current form.

Great idea..... But if we are to be able to and be expected to converse with our clients properly...... PLEASE ADD STANDARD AUTOMATIC.....CAPITALIZATION AND PUNCTUATION. I have to proof read and EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE OF EVERY SINGLE CHAT.... I have to go back and proof read and add proper punctuation and capatilization to all my text to speech and even hand typed text. I think this should be standard if fluency and efficient communication is expected!
