It used to be good and paid a high interest rate. But, since new security measures have been implemented it's can take days and more than one uninstall/install of app to get transfers done. Too much hassle now and interest rates suck. I'm closing my account. It constantly asks to confirm your ID then tells you link is expired.

Love the extra cash back that you get with interest from these accounts.They have outpaced all of the other ones. However, when it comes to just the app, it could be a little less rigid.You have to go back and forth back and forth back and forth in order to see things where it would be really helpful to have one nice dashboard that actually shows you how much interest you've gotten , how much in and/or out, etc. When I'm reconciling my month, it would be more helpful.

the app might be fine. but stay away from synchrony bank. they'll freeze your account for no reason and it will take 2 weeks to find out what's going on and then another 2 weeks before you can get access . worst banking experience I've ever had. every customer service person has been a foreigner with a heavy accent. probably not even in America.
