Ratings and reviews

The latest issue affecting this app is that as soon as I log in, it says my session has expired & after clicking OK, it just reloads that same message screen over & over & over again. I can logout or do anything other than kill the app. Restarting it leads back to the same thing. This app is currently a boat anchor!

This medical app is by far the least user-friendly I've encountered. The inbox displays messages out of order, making it difficult to access the desired ones. Additionally, certain messages are unclickable. The app's inconvenience sometimes requires logging in via a computer. Moreover, it lacks the capability to display any imaging directly within the app.

Deleting your app I have notified my doctor so let them know your app does not work correctly I show them screenshots at my appointment and now your website does the same thing. Cannot send or receive messages through your app cannot do it through your web page either because my doctors no longer recognized on your damn app even though he pays your fees.
