About this app

The CVS/caremark™ app lets you refill or request new mail service prescriptions, track order status, view prescription history and more. You must have CVS/caremark prescription benefits to use the app: If you’re not sure, check your health insurance plan information to confirm.

Features include:

• See number of refills due and orders in progress without signing in
• Check order status
• Renew or request new mail service prescriptions
• Check drug costs and coverage
• View prescription history
• Find a pharmacy in your network

• Update Account Information; shipping and billing information, manage family access, and reset password

If you already use Caremark.com, your existing username and password will work on the app, too. If not, we make it easy for you to register on the app.

It won't even allow me to log in. Provides no place to log in with the alternative method it suggests that you try, which uses insurance information. I successfully logged in once, not even on the app- but on the website. I was subsequently caught in an infinite loop of reloading screens that sent me back and forth between pages. Horrible experience that is driving me insane and potentially preventing me from being able to obtain my meds.

Terrible app. Flaky, unable to even get into or login , keeps asking me to enter my username over and over and over again . when i tried calling up the support , i was on hold for more than 45 minutes . how come something as critical as the prescription service is down for hours. The automated voice system should at least announce any nation wide system down at the start, when the customers call in.

It is harder to find things that work in this app than it is to find things that don't work. During the evening, it will randomly tell you you don't have any prescriptions or orders. The available refills always shows zero. The price a drug option doesn't work. It will only check my Medicare part D, but will not look at my secondary coverage. The review order option gives no information regarding the quantity you are about to receive. I'm transferring everything to Amazon!
