The app won't successfully open. It hanged up and doesn't respond anymore. So frustrating.

Welcomebank PH now has a no maintaining savings product. But they still require you to visit a branch to apply! Their list of branches is limited and outdated. The savings product has no ATM debit card! HAHAHAHHA WANTS YOU TO INSTALL V3 MOBILE BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE APP! APP BUNDLE ON ANDROID NOW TOO?!
