· Storage space: Stores certificates with device photo, media, and file access rights, and is used to check OS tampering for enhanced security.
· Phone: Used to connect to branch offices and set PUSH environment with the authority to make and manage calls.

■ Optional access rights
· Camera: With the right to take pictures and record videos, it is used for copying QR certificates, QR easy payment, taking ID cards when checking non-face-to-face real name, and video consultation.
· Microphone: Permission to record audio, used for voice recognition and video consultation in Interactive AI Banking (SORi).
Address Book: Used to select recipients when transferring contacts.
· Physical activity: Used when using the pedometer service.
· Location: Used to find the nearest branch based on location.

Ratings and reviews

This banking app for Android is an absolute disaster! The iPhone version is like a luxury car, while the Android version is more like a broken-down go-kart. Installing V3 is like getting a root canal without any anesthesia, and dealing with it constantly running in the background is like having a leech sucking the life out of your phone. I mean, even the 90s flip phones had better apps than this. If the developers of this app had any sense of shame, they'd crawl under a rock and stay there.

Not Foreigner Friendly. I was advised by a bank clerk this app may not work as I'm a foreigner. It doesn't. What a joke. It's 2022 why isn't your app and bank foreigner friendly yet?! I even have an F6 visa and it still won't let me agree to permissions. It freezes every time!

The worst banking app I have ever used. You are a shame for an advanced country like Korea.
