About this app

This is an app for using TWICE's official cheering stick CandyBongZ. You can direct and control various lighting through the app, and you can enjoy a more enjoyable performance through various productions in the venue.

It supports connection of Candy Bong and Twice Band.


*Main function guide
1. Product connection (using support tool)

If you enter your seat number on the official cheering stick during the performance, the color will automatically change according to the stage direction, so you can enjoy the performance more enjoyably. (Excluding some performances depending on the situation)
2. Lighting control
You can link your own smart device with the TWICE official cheering stick through Bluetooth connection,
You can create various atmospheres by controlling the brightness, color, and mode of the light.
3. Apply skin for each member
You can decorate your own application by setting the member's image as the wallpaper of the app.
4. YouTube channel connection
You can enjoy a variety of videos through the TWICE YouTube channel.
5. Check the remaining battery capacity of the candy sewing machine
You can check the battery level of the candy plush connected to the app.

-Storage space: Used to record information for various productions during performances
-Camera: Used to read QR codes to check information for various productions on the ticket during the performance
-Location: Search for a cheer stick (BLE) is used because it only works when the location service is activated.

Optional access permission can be changed in Settings-Application Manager-Candybongz LightStick App-Permissions.

Ratings and reviews

Bought my lightstick at Twice III. The app is easy to connect, but always disconnects when my phone screen turned off which isn't convenient for a concert. Speaking of which I was unable to enter a concert date, which could be on the venue not having BT connections. The UI is very hard to navigate, especially the color slider which at first glance was non-existent. Finally the app skins should be updated to reflect Twice's current look.

I used this app for Newark TWICELIGHTS in 2019. I had some difficulty, but eventually it paired and I was able to use it at the concert. A few months after the concert, I tried again and it wouldn't pair. I tried once more now since they're going to visit the US and it still will not pair. Nothing changed about the light stick, the batteries have been removed the whole time so that nothing would degrade. The app just won't connect (same phone, I actually upgraded to this phone for the concert).

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. After disabling the "apps that can appear on top" error message, I was able to connect to the Bluetooth features in the app. Seating info can't be entered. Concert dates available don't go past May. Now that the app was updated, my candy bong z is no longer recognized. Tech support suggested that my phone may be to low with app compatibility. When I save enough $ for a phone upgrade, I'll redownload. Can't change colors but still can cheer on Twice at Chicago concert!
