tbh.. the app itself, is garbage. If it wasn't for the fact that this is my best chance to consume Ravens content, then i wouldn't use it. The functionality of the app is trash. The app is always crashing, always pulling backround data when it dont need to, my phone doesnt even recognize the videos on the app to where it will time out and snooze. Crazy thing is, is that all this was happening before the big update to change the skin/format of the videos. Now the bugs have just doubled down.

This app crashes A LOT! I CANT WATCH A SINGLE THING! When I needed it at work I and couldn't use. I got home and finally something other than the app error came up but it was actually letting me view things I couldn't do when I needed it. I just still can watch video highlights.i think it's a great idea but it needs a little work is all. still excited about the progress of it though so..... it's still a silver lining in it overall!!!

Ravens... Please fix this app. This has been horrible for years (at least on Android). Watch one video and it crashes. Try to pull up your digital ticket and it freezes, I could go on and on... It gets one star because the content and design are fantastic. If the app worked reliably this would be a slam dunk five stars. But this has been dreadful for a very very very very long time. Most things about the Ravens organization are world class. This app is an embarrassing wart
