TRACKS
* Track 01: Gentle Relaxation (10:50)
This is a quick, safe, simple, effective practice for gentle relaxation and anytime reset. Preparation > Bodyscan > Externalisation. Safe for beginners, kids, and those with special needs. If you are a beginner; if you are experienced but short on time; if you are stressed; if you want to slip into relaxation effortlessly; if you want to get back into practice; if you want to build up to longer and deeper nidras, this is for you. You can even do this one sitting up!

* Track 02: Deep Relaxation (24:35)
This is a longer practice that takes you safely and systematically through eight stages to a state of deep relaxation. Friendly to beginners, kids, and those with special needs. If you want a thorough reset; if you want the full experience regularly; if you want to develop habitual relaxation; if you want to build up to longer and deeper nidras with full awareness, this is for you. If you want to build a practice, start with track 1 and then slowly add track 2, even at different times on the same day.

* Track 03: Deep Healing and Energising (31:28)
The longest practice, this takes you safely and systematically through eight traditional stages to a state of deep healing and energising. It visualises the seed syllables of the Sanskrit alphabet at the cakras, the psychic-energetic centres of the body — an authentic tantric practice called mātṛkā nyāsa, the original practice from which the rotation of consciousness in contemporary nidra is derived. You may use it regularly — after some practice with tracks 1 and 2 — to create deep healing and energising effects, to explore the layers of the mind, and for your own spiritual work.

Update: this has been my experience. I don't appreciate being called a liar. I have provided feedback to you via this review. I made an in app purchase and only one track is available. Update: this just is not true. It only unlocked one track. Be aware that each in-app purchase only unlocks one additional track. They don't seem to update the tracks so this app gets repetitive. I think there are better options available in the market.

Jane: Quit spreading misinformation. As it has always done, the single in-app purchase unlocks both tracks. If you have any technical issues, contact me. Also, do you buy a music album and expect the tracks to keep changing? Each track is carefully designed and recorded professionally at a studio by me, one person, not some huge corporation. Kanya

I have been using this app daily and find it fantastic. One concern is that sometimes I feel a rushed as there is not not enough time to state my sankalpa 3 times before moving to the next stage. And would like more uninterruipted time to listen to the noises outside rather than being told not to dwell on them.

This app was recommended to me by my psychologist whom I see for anxiety. I bought the full app after trying the free version only once as I was absolutely amazed at how effective it was at calming and relaxing me. I have used guided meditations for years but sometimes my mind races inbetween the slow guidance, so I found the speed in which the instructor speaks in this app really helped with staying focused as you have to keep up with her🤣. Truly an amazingly effective app. Many thanks 🙏
