Ratings and reviews

The app is now much improved over older versions and is working. You can add additional brushes. You can now change the color brush screen graphic for the X Pro in the app. The battery level is only shown in the app, no indication in the the About menu on the brush. Maybe only if it gets low. But it runs for months on a charge, so that will take a long time. Excellent quality, I enjoy keeping my teeth clean, feels great and cleaning is very effective. I have one at home and another at my office!

The toothbrush is great and the app WAS fine; it'd show me a nice little diagram of the areas I missed. Now, that's been replaced with a useless 3d model of a pair of teeth that doesn't show any information at all. Not sure what you guys were thinking tbh. What's the point of the 3d teeth? The time is also wrong in the app despite being right on my phone and toothbrush.

First time I downloaded and installed the app, the app wouldn't recognize the toothbrush. I paired the toothbrush bluetooth manually to my phone, and the toothbrush still wouldn't connect to the app. So I uninstalled the app and loaded it again from the Google Play store. Now the app is throwing an HTTP 404 error. App can't even find the oclean website. Not sure how the app could be much worse. Wish I could give it zero Stars.
