if there were an option I would give a negative rating instead of 1 star. I hired a powerbank for emergency use with a single use subscription on 9th July. to this day, I have not received the refund for my security deposit neither have they provided a proper resolution. all that despite the fact that the powerbank dispensed to me was useless as it was defective.

I have no complaints on the app. I haven't used it. Pretty sure it works fine so good job developers. But I will diss the hell out of the plan pricing. It's exorbitant and costly. It costs too much for a person who needs a quick charge so that they can call an uber. Why would anyone pay 199 for a month long subscription? It's literally an emergency thing. Your pricing makes no sense and it's definitely huge let down.

This app scammed me out of ā¹734. I paid for the subscription and because my phone switched off after the payment was made, it refused to acknowledge the payment. I was forced to pay again to unlock the subscription, but the best part is this - there is no one to complain to if you want a refund. Both their contact numbers are invalid and the support email ID does not exist! What a way to run a business. I want my money back. So dissapointed that 24Seven and Looks Salon work with them.
