Worst sim service. After paying them for 2 years and being their customer, I still not get a response in English. App is not in English, customer service is not in English. So many problems. I should have gone for other company.

Update: 4 months after signing up, I still haven't received a simcard. I cancelled my Vodafone but still nothi The company has terrible customer service and is clearly a bloodsucking fraudulent telephone company. They failed to keep their promise of taking over my old number and instead gave me a new number. When I contacted their customer support, they were rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me multiple times. Two months into the contract, I still don't have a SIM card and am already paying fees.
