This game used to be fairly fun, even though the frequent pop-ups to get you to spend money got a bit tedious. Recently though it's gotten almost unplayable. You log in, you go through multiple prompts to spend money, you finally get into the game... and it's less than a minute before you're hit with loud, annoying ads that trick you into opening the app store when you try to close them. You go to fight dragons, there's ads playing in the background of the fight. It's ridiculous.

I loved this game. I have many dragons. But I'm going to delete it soon cuz it seems like you don't really want us to have fun, it's just ads and money purchases with real cash. Who's gonna spend real cash on a fake island. And if you decide not to just pay for everything, you can't even progress. It's basically a setup. You cannot win in dragon city unless you pay your way thru. Which turns it from a game into a scam. You can't win league battles. It's alllll rigged.

Worst game I've ever played. Both pay to win and so riddled with ads it's barely playable. I should've quit at the first warning sign: a cute thing trapped in a cage that I could disappear with the in-game currency I already had or rescue by saving up (or paying for) another in-game currency. I get an ad when I look at the hatchery. I get an ad when I feed a dragon. Etc. And when I first open the app I have to close out at least 6 ads for in-game purchases. No. No. No.
