Ratings and reviews

i continuously keep experiencing error upon trying to book appointment with the app. All booking types (visit, call back request) fail with "Something went wrong". I need to carry out booking in person all the time at customer service thus app booking function turns out completely useless for me. error message even more useless. developers contacted through built in form, and web site form. no response back within 1 week. Request re-submitted through the web site, as requested by developer.

I have been trying to request a CALL BACK APPOINTMENT. but it didn't work. i tried many times for the whole entire week. that maybe its only a system glitch but nope its not working properly and it will only advice me to seek help from the customer service.

Even if you set the app in English , it's only partly translated. Some parts are in English and some in Finnish. Like I can set a certain appointment in English and another one is in Finnish, and can't understand anything, also, you cannot select text in app so you can translate it yourself. Definitely needs some big fixing
