Ratings and reviews

Had trouble registering and gave a 1 star review highlighting the problem. Problem was fixed in days. Well done. I registered at the time using a web browser and can now use the app, and it works great. My only gripe is the map showing open slopes and lifts is hard to use on a phone. Remove the grouping function - I need to zoom in to view each item, but when zoomed in it is not pissible to see the whole map.

Great app, lovely UI. Lots of useful information provided about the ski resorts as well as great camera views. Being from the UK, I had to sign up online as the postal code field in the app only allowed for numbers, not numbers and letters like we have in the UK. Would be an amazing app if we could link this to our GoPass and use our phones as the pass with NFC if that's at all possible. Overall, very well constructed app.

Poor onboarding and in-app experience. Onboarding only allowed me to enter the birthday using a calendar. There is no option to just type it in. I had to flick through 40 years a month at a time. Only accepted numbers for post code even after selecting the UK as the country which has characters in the postcode. The in-app experience is also confusing. It's not clear what to do on opening. Clearly the developers have not tested or used this app themselves and have inflicted on the general public.

What's new

New Gopass Travel update: We’ve added an organized profile with instant access to orders, cards, and coupons right in the app. All features are now available under the settings icon for easier navigation. The new header offers quick access to your credit and important notifications, while the revised notification center lets you monitor the resort’s status and get lift operation alerts.
