Ratings and reviews

The charges are significantly lower than other rideshare apps such as Ola, but this app is very buggy. On a recent trip, the driver wasn't provided the correct directions to my destination address, and tried to drop me off 4 km away from my destination. This app used to be better.

The costs for short trips are exorbitant compared to other apps, and drivers only come after a tip is included, which drives up the general price of public transport. Secondly, there seems to be some issue with the map - always end up taking longer routes, and on 8/10 trips, asking for directions. Not too happy with the app.

Need to improve your route finding algorithm. It doesn't selects a shortest/best/cost effective route. Specially when there are shorter routes inside the city, the app selects the routes via NICE road and charges a hefty/huge amount. For same source and destination other apps picks up very cost effective routes from within the city. You may loose the competition and customer.
