Not a bad design, not good, but not bad. I just hate card based games, limits the game to little more than luck. There's also not a whole lot there. And the really bad energy timer kind of kill the game. There are a TON of cards though so there's that at least. Your rewards are massively stingy. And after a level most of the time you get a couple coins and that's it.

The game is relatively fun. card collecting is a little slow to start if you aren't willing to put in some money (but that is standard for online TCGs so I dont hold it against them).PVE content should be expanded. Put in a Draft game mode. List out cards available in every pack, especially the basic pack. I cannot find that list anywhere. Being competitive in PVP is very much stopped by card collecting. Onyx Cards feel a bit pay to win.

I contacted support when I had trouble with the arena and they were swift with a solution. Apparently I was being punished for exploiting the previous game. That's the problem with this kind of thing, I may be a cheater but I wanted to give a genuine review and couldn't. I can now... It's alright. It's better than animation throwdown I think but the events serve to improve arena ranking and there's not much fanfare there when it does work except for an occasional avatar unlock. Maybe cardbacks?
