My app has only got 6 icons. Nothing else is showing. I can't see my history or my results or any feedback from doctors. All I can do is book appointment. The other icons are all resources (health indicators, discover health and beating the blues) and video appointments. How do I get everything else? My friend can see all her stuff. I've tried deleting and redownloading. Nothing...

They want you to give them your bank login and password info (through windcave) to request a script repeat. No idea if this is the case for other services. And windcave's (the payment service) T&C say they are not liable for any loss even through there own neglagance. at least with a visa/master card there is some level of protection but this, no just no

This is almost really good and useful, but it is SOOOO frustrating. You get emails, and sometimes notifications, to say something had changed in the app. So you click on the link in the email and when you get to the app it is impossible to find out what is new. Its even worse with notifications because once you have clicked on the notification it is gone for good so you cant go back read it again for clues. You click through everything trying to find something different, and usually you can't.
