Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. There are free streaming apps that are more reliable. The app doesn't resume episodes properly and will usually just start the episode all over again when casting. When casting, I can't even lock my phone as when I do, the cast will end. Casting also will just glitch out randomly and also is very slow to resume the show after pausing, with the audio playing before you can see the show again. Everytime the app fails these basic expectations, it plays you ads again.

Neon is a terrible app, both on the TV amd mobile. Programs constantly freeze mod-episode and you have to skip sections to get it to play again. When it does play again, the picture is badly pixelated as if it us buffering the content. Our TV is hardwired into the router so it's not an issue with WiFi but it is very frustrating. At $23.99 per month, this is a premium streaming service and the quality is very poor indeed.

Content good, but when you stream to t.v constant buffering, or black screen ooops something went wrong! can never restart a show/movie from where you paused it, either wrong place or restart, always have to go into app and reconnect with the stream button when need to pause or play, even if you had the app open a minute ago, and the cheek of it make you pay to watch ads, reconsider unless something on it you really want to watch!!
