This is so frustrating, Recent changes to this app are terrible. There was nothing wrong with the old app and the new changes now make it difficult to understand the hearing aid settings. UPDATE: Now they changed the app again and I have no control over the hearings devices. Very sad, it once worked flawlessly and now nothing works at all. Not sure I can trust this company with my hearing.

In last update, 2.0.2, it provides an option to switch back to old style UI, we was hoping it could help old user get a familiar control.

This app refuses to find ZVOX VoiceBud VB20 device even though dealer said it was compatable. Bluetooth has found the VB20 on both cell phones Nexus 5 and LG V20 as well as Android tablet and Chromebook. Have uninstalled and reinstaled countless times, over 10 times. The Zvox app was not much better, it only found the device every other time and when it did it would not customize it at all. Negative stars if I could for the frustration and misleading claims.

I bought the aid because the app worked at first. I m working with deceloper to solve the problem. It works sort of well on my old Motorola one, but i have to ignore the "bluetooth not turned on" because it is. Is not finding decices on my good phone running Android 11. Seems they need to go back to old app. Will return aids if app does not work.

Sorry about the trouble, Mr Hayes.
The app need location permission to use Bluetooth. Sometimes user mis-choose "Deny & don't ask again" when the location permission request at the first time, which can cause this kind of situation.
Could u please check the app's permission in Settings? Confirm the permission is given. Thank you.
