So, through the browser, i signed up, have an account, can access everything. Through the app, it keeps going to create a pin, use your pin, and the screen repeats. The best part is support said to give screen shots, but the app doesn't allow them, so.... So, i has a ticket number, and i did everything you guys say in the faq... Last conversation you guys said to send screenshot.. You want me to send screen shots, from your app, which doesn't allow screen shots.. Make it make sense..

My experience with the app hasn't been in-depth (easy UI, no crashes), but this review is for their customer service. I ended up not being able to recall my password, and the two strings I wrote down also proved unhelpful in brute forcing it. I reached out to support, and they offered me a workaround that, while a little bit drawn out (for good reason), let me access my money. The service was always friendly, easy to reach, and willing to do everything they could to help me. A+ support team!

Worked great for 2 weeks, but has had issues for months!! ALWAYS have to use my pin to login, because fingerprint scanner has "issues" every time! What's odd is it works flawlessly without a single issue in any other app, only with this app are there issues. Obviously the fingerprint scanner is fine, developers just blame it if they don't know what they're doing. I'm supposed to trust you with my stock investments, even though you can't even design a functional app??
