It is one of the most stupid, useless and user-unfriendly application in the world. 1. Customer support doesn't work (an error "smthg went wrong") 2. There is no button to log out 3. There is no option to add the card for payment, so you have to fill the payment form with your hands every month (6 fields!!! ) 4. You can't change the payment method because the app says you should register, and if you are a registered user, this flow just ends with an error "your are already registered"

The app doesn't even open, you have to uninstall it and install it again many times and IF you are lucky it will open. It doesn't even get updated very often like 1 time in 5 months. Its buggy and very slow during loading. Fix it or remove it if you can't afford a proper application management team Primetel

Could be better. My real problem with Primetel, and I have been a customer for around 12 years or more, is that they are not very flexible. I have a package that I use only about a third of, but they will not exchange unused services for those that I will use. All they say is buy a bigger package. Great, then I waste even more money and even more service goes unused.
