rip off scam merchants. sold me a holiday that had sea view as a feature. which it didn't have - turned out to be a formatting issue so their new app incorrectly pulled across booking details from their website - refused any refund what so ever. do not use these scam merchants. look at the reviews from other customers. steer well clear.

Would normally be 5 star if the booking page hadn't been destroyed! Asks you to select deposit and then refuses to move to personnel details, then requests name and address EVEN THOUGH I'M LOGGED IN & KNOWS THEM then asks for payment details which, ridiculously, ASKS FOR NAME & ADDRESS DETAILS AGAIN!!! Farcical website, nearly didn't book at all.

Terrible customer service. I have requested 6 manager call backs following a stay at a unsafe property and none were recieved. I eventually was promised a booking fee refund but that hasn't been received either!
