Ratings and reviews

When trying to click on booked properties to see the details of upcoming trips, the app keeps crashing. An error is received with the option to try again and it keeps happening over and over. This just started happening after the latest update the team pushed out. It will no longer load a booked property and allow to see details of the trip.

I have used VRBO faithfully for years. But I do not like the new sign in system. I have done everything, including changing my password to get into my inbox and past trips. It doesn't let me, so I can not communicate with the hone owners. It is very frustrating to go on a trip and not be able to use the app in it's entirety. I should not have to sign in to every single part of the app to use it.

I have used VRBO at least 2x per year for 20+ years and it's been great. Over the past few months the app and the website on a tablet have been AWFUL for searches. Usual functions don't work, error messages are common, trip boards don't work, number of reviews don't show up in lists, highlighted properties on maps don't link. The most recent update didn't fix things. This is all on newer Android phones and tablets.
