Slow responses from assistants. I've been trying to open an account and I sent documents through, but it's been weeks and all I've been told is that my documents are in review. If the service is already this bad, I can't imagine what'll it be like when/if I eventually start using it fully. This is so frustrating and it defeats the entire purpose for the app. I would rate it 5 stars but it's so so so frustrating. I mean at this moment when I try to log in,i get a login error message. This sucks!!

Hi Heston! We sincerely apologize for the trouble you've had with our app thus far. Upon looking into the verification process on your account, we noticed that your passport scan has yet to be completed. Please log into your account to complete that process. Once done, kindly send us your permit at KYC_FICA@spotmoney.com

Unprofessional customer service. I made an immediate payment from one of my other bank accounts to my spot account, the funds hadn't cleared. I spoke to a consultant who asked me for proof of payment, I sent it and got told it was recieved , they will have to get back to me and they don't know what the problem is. Pathetic

Transactions are very slow.😡 I have transferred money from spot account to another bank account but it has not yet reflected. Even your agents are not consistent!
