Why cannot I always stay in the app?? why do I need to log in regularly and do this via a web browser before actually being accepted in the app? Moreover, some options cannot be added to my monthly plan via the app: I still had to go in a physical Base store. Plus, you asked me in the app today to give feedback and I could not submit it because your "submit" button was actually placed too low and to the right, practically hidden under my square android button with wich I navigate my open apps...

Hi Andrei, that's not nice you experienced this in the My BASE app. You have to log in often again due to security reasons. Could you let us know what you can't change via the app and your model of phone via WhatsApp on the number +32 485 23 74 17. This way we can check this for you.

I selected the box to block all premium numbers, then I receive a message telling me I reached my out of plan limit... Nice job base, now I have to pay for a non working app, and yes, when I try to mark the box again, it says "oops, an error occurred, try again latet"... discusted to be honest A great feature that should of have worked and on which I relied, just gave up on me like so, really disappointed...

This company is an absolute fraud , last time they charged me 80€ and i had a subscription of 15€ I didn't pay it and contacted support for a month and then they released it was an issue from them , Now after everything they charged me again for 60€ and my subscription is 10€ !!!! They keep giving random fake bills with extra charges Am not paying again and now i am cancelling this scam company, please staay away from it , the the support is very terrible and just answer you with robotic answers
