If I could give this app zero stars, I'd go there. Presently, I can't even start the app, a bug in the startup process causes the app to hang on the loading screen. Contacted customer support, they told me to clear my cookies and cache - there's no cookies and cache in an app, whan whan! Next, the times I've been able to use the app, the receipt scanning process is buggy and slow, and images randomly fail to upload. It's unreliable at best.

Excellent expense tool for business travel and reporting. What stands out most is the receipt scanning accuracy, it is genuinely excellent and saves a lot of time by capturing details very reliably. Clean, practical, and very easy to use on the go.

The app crashes too often, especially when I use Samsung file share to push a receipt as an expense into Rydoo. On the manual expense entries, "Add receipt" used to let me choose pdf files, now it only lets me choose from my images. Many companies like Uber, Grab send pdf receipts, so it is frustrating. Again while adding expenses manually, the comment section is horrible to edit the text. Can't reposition the cursor, it only selects text pieces, can't change the size of the selected text..
