I find the app to be not has bad as people say, although it's not on the same level as Netflix and likes, it's very workable. I'm writing because it's no longer possible to stream 5.1 audio since a few weeks, only 2.0 stereo surround. UPDATE: No answer to email after 1.5 months. Deleted and reinstalled the app on both Android devices and experienced same issue. Perhaps downgrading certain users to DD 2.0 only was a corporate decision...

Hi Jean, Can you let us know what device and app version you are using as well as an example of what you are watching when you are no longer getting 5.1 audio? Please contact mobileappfeedback@bellmedia.ca so we can get some more information to try and understand this issue.

NOT USER FRIENDLY, and it's just trash now for some reason? Subtitles are an issue, Audio flux issues in some content, glitching out, having to reboot it because it won't autoplay the next episode of something. Even selecting normal functions like search, it backs me to a different screen but lets you search the third time I select it. And for god sakes could we navigate to the episode and season list when you resume an episode? I have to fight the search all over again to get into it smh

Honestly one of the worst streaming apps I've ever used. Inputs lag quite a bit and so until you get used to how much the app sucks, you're selecting the wrong content or have time to input twice before the selection goes through. Want to navigate through an episode to where you were last night because the app couldn't be bothered to track where you paused and left off? Have fun with the stupid fast forward function. Awful. Bonus: captions hide translations with "speaking foreign language". Wow
