I received email to turn on notifications in the app to know early about the July warehouse sale.But I don't know where to turn on notifications because I see nothing inside the app that says it. And somehow I keep getting stuff back to the website when I don't want to go to the Web site.And I don't know if that's from email.Or from the app. And I haven't been using the app.And I've been going to the website so I can't truly accurately rate this with stars yet.So I just picked three.

I have been purchasing the entire line of Beekman products for years and recently wanted to make my first ever return, a $50 shampoo and conditioner set. I phoned the company with my order # and was given instructions to use the website. The company's motto is "Hassle Free Returns" so easy peasy right? Not in the least! For the last two weeks I've been given the run around with no answers. Today I received an email: "Spread kindness, give it to a friend or charity, no refunds".
