We use the app to add numbers for 4 gate controllers with multiple number and name changes per day. The system used to be great but the last few months we get that numbers don't load and we have to call GWEB support (what a nuisance). After EVERY call, the technicians assures us that there is nothing wrong....and then suddenly everything works again ...but only after calling the support line. The technology that was supposed to assist us is now becoming a real nuisance.

The app is very useful, but for the last while the access number visitor function has stopped working. If I enter an access number and select the visitor option, the dates and times section does not open up and I can't save. I have to maintain visitor settings directly on the website now and not in the app. Will give a better rating once this is fixed. EDIT: Bug I reported was fixed within hours, so clearly support for the app is phenomenal 🙂

Honestly as àn installer myself this app gives me a terrible headache when it comes to registration. Whether I use mobile data or WiFi it always denies to register, it will give you a red error on one of your details e.g "password", it will be showing the full green line showing it's strong and the confirming password would also be correct but it will still refuse to accept your registration saying "please make sure your follow the criteria "..what what, eish!
