I am extremely disappointed with Netmeds' service. Their customer support is inadequate, and calls for complaints are not being connected. The advertised fast doorstep service is misleading and does not reflect the actual delivery times. In emergencies, I strongly advise against using their service, as they are experiencing significant delays and tracking updates indicate network issues affecting delivery. They dont even deserve a single star for review.

Tried Ordering again on NetMeds after a long pause and left disappointed. I wish I could attach the screenshot and pictures would have told the story. So it's like this Bill 1500, Discount 300 , Total amount:1200, Delivery charges : 0, Total amount payable 1219 (what kind of testing these guys have done) and then comes the beauty click on pay now and it shows amount to be paid as 1500. Gross waste of time.
