The fans do not stay on wifi. Even with perfect signal, they lock up. The cloud connection is also unreliable. Technical support has helped me troubleshoot the issue, and it has to do with their hardware, not my network. I was told by technical that I need an additional part for my home, the aBicus. While this device did help with some of the issues, it did not resolve my connectivity issues. The aBicus does not have 2-way communication with the fan and does not update its state

Can't connect to Smartthings because of some browser security issue. Google Home drops randomly. Absolute garbage. Can't be relied upon. Because of this it can't be reliably included in any routines or the like. I hope I can get a refund on this fan since I can't use it reliably. Of course the time wasted installing it is lost forever. Just complete garbage.

When it works, it's great. However.. problems are how often one needs to reconnect the app to the fan. Tying to Alexa work for a couple of weeks. After that, even completely removing the app and the Alexa skill, it never would connect properly again. This is very frustrating. The fan itself is very nice. But one reason why we purchased it was so that it can integrate into our home automation. Disappointed.
