They make it extremely difficult for new process servers. I've had to contact them multiple times about issues on their end. When I finally try to pick up work for the first time, they told me my rating was too low. Of course it's low, I haven't done a job yet, and their solution? Pick up work that doesn't require a rating. But of course, those jobs are never on there. So sign up and never get work because you need a rating to get work and you can't get a rating until you get work. Perfect đź‘Ť

Great app overall. User-friendly for even the tech-challenged. My one gripe is that this is an app that needs to be accessible and functional even when offline due to lack of a cell signal. The developers would do well to make offline use equally user-friendly, including notifications that the app is offline and special instructions for using it offline. Finally, it needs immediate notification to the user that data logged when offline has been sent, as soon as a signal is available again.

A Google user
The app overall is very handy. I have only 2 issues with it. First, the most annoying thing is if I am scrolling through my route plan, it will automatically jump back to the top of the list without warning. This sucks when you're trying to organize your documents according to the route. I am on a Galaxy Note 9 running the latest update. Second, Im based out of Texas and you cant serve process on Sundays. I wish ABC would not count Sundays as day because it affects my metrics and puts me in red
