Overall it is ok ok but they are taking soo long to update the changes in the menu. I m trying to connect with them from last 4-5 days but every time they are saying 24hrs to 48hrs it will take to update but still I haven't got any positive response from them regarding this. Very unprofessional

Worst service ever, i recently opened cloud kitchen, on the first day when I opened it, they closed it by saying that all delivery partner are occupied. I was well prepared but they did it , same on 2nd and 3rd day . No customer service helpen, didn't even picked up the call , no query was heard .On the 4th day evening when I was outside they open kitchen without notifying, I got an order and I have to cancel it . And today I prepared well hoping prblm was resolved but not, they again closed it.

Their charges for add are too high and commission is also very high. And when your restaurant is closed for a week then their charges of add are applicable. So I am very frustrated for this. And one more thing menu edit option is not available why Zomato hide this option
