Whenever customer trying to order from my restaurant it shows unable to order as non-availability of delivery partner. Talk with customer service many times but didn't get my problem fixed. Also they charged 999/- as onboarding fee though app always shows restaurant currently not available for ordering. I also raised this concern on 'X' platform result is same. Onboarding on Zomato is my worst decision ever.

The rating of all the restaurants shown on Zomato has no meaning, it shows arbitrary ratings in it, it does not matter how many five star ratings you have got, how many zero started ones you have got, they keep the rating of every restaurant in their hands as much as they can. We show as much as we want to show, we withhold as much as we want to show. I have mailed many times asking how to register the result, nothing is happening. Always got this message... Didn't like the zomato support team. They just copy paste the things taught to them, not even try to understand the actual concern. Even on calls they just try to make ASSUMPTIONS, not answering properly. Also the actual deduction per order is between 45-50 percent, which needs to be reduced.
