This app is the most user-UNfriendly app I've used. Login is impossible, I can't save the info to make it easier to login next time, there's no biometrics, and the app is only set up to take payments. I've been wanting to change wifi password, change the name of the network, etc., but can't. Can't see outage information, schedule service requests, upgrade service etc., app is EXTREMELY lacking in functionality--WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY LOGIN AND USE IT. It's been over a month. Fix the app!

It is astounding how unhelpful customer support is when there is a service outage. They have put my number in a loop when I call so that I am never able to talk to an actual person. My wife used her phone and, after 20 minutes, finally talked to someone who only seemed to be able to stay on script and did not seem interested in listening to our concerns. I am looking at my modem as we get a pre-recorded message that says the service is restored. My modem shows otherwise. Less than 1 star!

New Customer. In getting various issues resolved, I discovered that no one seems to know about how this app works beyond paying your bill. The astound website mentions that you can manage your preferences, and receive notifications from any of your devices so you get what you want, when you need it, from anywhere. When I enter my home VM Pin# on this app I get an Error = Invalid. Called Cust Support, no one seems to know about this feature. The VM Pin works fine from the home phone.
