Ratings and reviews

Sign up is quick and easy but the app itself is extremely buggy. This makes it nearly impossible to do the tasks and complete a mission in the app. The biggest issue is the camera feature. When I try to take a photo of a product, the app will freeze and I will not be able to open the camera unless I force stop or uninstall the app. The bigger issue is that this happens every single time I try to take a photo. This makes it so hard to complete everything, thus making this app a waste of time.

At the beginning it was a good app. It paid real money and was easy to use but after being on it now for almost 3 months suddenly out of nowhere requesting my pay is a 2 week process. And there is no reason given just say "payment processin" there is no help button or chat section within the app so that a a lie. U can send a email but only if it has something to do with the issues they lists and if not they is no where to get help. Ima just say it's a good app for the first month that's all

I've given this app a year of my time and effort, continuing to give it chance after chance. Unfortunately, along with all of the other mobile apps of it's kind - Once you've completed the listed mission, the "approvers" disect your submissions until they can find any reason to avoid having to pay you for completing the mission. I've lost count of how many $4.50 missions I've completed only to receive .50 cents. Good luck reaching their support teams or receiving a response.
