I was unable to get the otoscope to connect the app even after connecting to the otoscopes wifi network. The app would instantly say it couldn't connect without even appearing to try. I found a reddit post for another otoscope suggesting that turning off mobile data and then connecting to the otoscopes wifi worked for them. I disabled 5g and it suddenly connected to my pixel 7. Not an ideal solution but at least it works!

Doesn't work with Pixel 7 or Pixel 4a5g. Did troubleshooting with Blueberry tech support. After I sent screen shots that it wouldn't provision, they told me to download a different app, Smart Otoscope. Same thing, didn't work. Then they told me to click 'in the grey space where it reads Provisioning'. This also did nothing. They are sending me a new otoscope which I'm sure will also not work. Now I need to take my daughter to the urgent care to get someone to look in her ear.

Can't easily get past the "Start" button because the next screen has a Continue button off the bottom of the screen. I have to switch to gesture navigation instead of a button bar on my phone to see enough of the button to click it. Very poor design, but the tool works well, so 2 stars.
