Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be fixed and is creating all the issues. This app used to be great. I had no problems ordering previously. Recently, I tried to order items. When you are in the app, you can add items to the cart. It shows you that they are there. Click on the cart, and the items aren't there. Absolutely no way to purchase through the app or online when the app is installed. I deleted the app and then re-signed into my account, then I can see my cart and am able to edit/purchase.

This is literally the worse app I have ever used! I love Carter's for my kids and we don't have a store near by, so I have to shop online. It's a miserable experience. So slow, snails pace, and it keeps loading the wrong item when I try to heart it or add to cart. Don't have time for everything to load just to have it load the wrong item.

The app and website will not load the cart. I've tried to make a purchase for 2 days, but can't get to the cart to check out. I can navigate to all other areas of the site/app, but when I try to click on the cart it seems like it won't let me click and if it does try to load something it just spins and loads a black screen.
