I was surprised about how poor the price scanner tool is in this app. Some other app scanning tools are so incredible. what happened here? Also, there were two items I was holding in my hand and the app, after finally successfully scanning, told me it was out of stock. I understand stocking the computer is not up to date at all times. But still.

Very helpful when in store to find another size, color, or style (if not available at your location) at another nearby store. Or....shipping is free when using the app in store to order online. All you have to do is scan the tag of the item you're interested in. Can also do an in-store pick-up if you prefer. I also like the wallet feature. No more leaving coupons or Kohl's cash at home!

Over a year since 1st review and the app is worse, not better! So many random items show up when searching a specific category, now can't order at all on certain items (says 'max 1'---well, I haven't ordered any!), and filters don't work half the time. Along with their annoying rule of having to spend reward dollars in a VERY limited time, I'm about done with Kohl's....
