Love to shop online but.. I don't know why I've never been told or noticed this before but all this time I've shopped at Kohl's using my Yes2You card and now I'm seeing that my Rewards card information is not matching with my credit card information. Why and how could this happen & it never gets noticed is just wrong. Now I wonder what else is incorrect. Be sure to check everything in your account for accuracy..
shipment tracking Put shipment status back in the app. The app should include links to shipment status. I hate the "Your full order has shipped" email. The subject is a misstatement of fact. The email is generated when a package is prepared for shipper pickup. The email states that the it may take 2 days for the link to be active. In fact, it may take 4-5 days (WHY?) for the shipper to pick up the package. Tell me the truth: my shipment is ready for pickup. Tell me when the shipper has actually picked up the package.
Frustrating The app constantly freezes throughout the shopping experience. It's very hard to actually get anything done. Also while inputting a reward I had, it appeared and then disappeared from my wallet yet still states that I had already entered it. These problems have been the same for the past 1yr or 2
Gift Card Invalid I normally like this app, but when I attempt to add my gift card to my "wallet", both manually and scanning the barcode, it says invalid. I have e-mailed and called C.S. and nobody seems able to help. If not for this issue I would give 5 stars.
What happened?? Re-do your update to bring back everything that wasn't wrong. Where is order tracking??? Seriously so frustrating to even use this app to shop. Not to mention the wallet and my cards don't even match or rewards saying invlaid. This update is for the birds 🐦🖓
Extremely irritating freezes constantly now While I have used this app before to purchase exactly what I know I'm looking for, if you are just browsing, this is the most horrible app ever. Once you go back after clicking an item to view it, your search results vanish and you have to start all over! I never use this app unless I know exactly what I'm purchasing. Also, when clicking on My Kohls charge, it states "web page not available". What happened to order tracking? It's not shown anymore. This is for the newest update as of 9/5/2016.
