Gifted a beautiful Kodak frame but the app makes it worthless!!! On 3 separate phones I have tried to set up and register am account in order to use my frame but continue to get "network error". The frame will be returned and another one from a much more user friendly / reliable company will be purchased. We expected so much better from Kodak!!

I was bought this frame as a gift and uploading photos is so difficult, the app worked for about a month then had to manually email the photos which can only do 8-10 at a time, I have tried emailing more to update the pictures and they just don't come through. Only option is manually putting on an SD card which is not why I wanted this frame, the convenience to update quickly is absent and frankly not worth buying.

This app is so clunky. Only 9 photos at a time, when it arrives to the frame, any photos that were taken vertically show up horizontally on the frame and each one has to be manually rotated. Can't select a folder to upload. If you have lots of photos that you want on the frame you would have to dedicate all of your free time to painstakingly uploading and rotating all of your photos. Please fix this app, it really is unusable in this state.
