V360 pro is a special monitoring software for network cameras that can be broadcast and used. It can watch clear and smooth real-time pictures at any time after connecting smart cameras through mobile phones. It supports functions such as two-way voice, remote PTZ control, video playback, motion detection and alarm push. It is suitable for families, shops and companies, caring for the elderly, children and pets, supervising nannies and employees, and intelligent anti-theft.

The app works fairly well, but I paid for the subscription service for two separate cameras and it is only functional on one. One camera records as it should and saves files to the Cloud storage I purchased. The other camera does not show an option for Cloud storage, but rather just tells me that there is "No TF card" and will not record anything or save anything.

I was referred to use this app for a CCTV device at home. The setup was easy, not that hard to understand but I'm rather disappointed with its connectivity and slow replays on SD playback. Multiple times tried to enter realtime viewing, and multiple times will encounter 'error with device is offline' messages. Dont get me started with the ads though, it'll take a a mouthful to explain.

Set up wasn't that difficult. App and camera connects fine and can access remotely without issue. My one and only complaint, and it's a biggy... it often just decides not to upload footage to the cloud that I've subscribed to via this app. Email support zero reply. Rest camera etc etc still does it intermittently. Security cam software / cloud you can't rely on... shame. Oh, and and the standard sd card I used to try combat the cloud issue, the app won't read. Pc will tho. What a bawache.
