Half the time routes don't show on map. Checked for updates but my app is up to date. I have to use the paper schedule more than the app because routes that are being removed show up on the app and no other routes. Buses rarely on time and talks of cut backd. Ridership will drop even more. App is not reliable and neither is the paper schedule. Update 9/22/2018 app has improved while bus service has gotten worse. Buses constantly being rerouted back the direction the came from because they are off schedule. Only a few stops have at least a bench to sit on so I'm left standing for nearly 2 hours on disabled legs waiting for bus. Worst bus system in the nation

Great for tracking the buses, but would suggest an alarm based on time or distance. That way, instead of standing in the sun/heat/cold, you could have a 5 minute/block warning so you could get to the bus stop. Also, since some stops are in places where there's a blind curve, either those stops need moved to a better location (preferably near a stop light for crossing the street) or add a feature where, if you are at the stop, the bus receives a "stop request" after passing the previous stop.

For Columbia MO area only. This app has never crashed on me. The only complaint would be: sometimes the buses are a little behind on the map but they normally get it fixed rather quickly. Otherwise this app helps me keep track of the bus and make sure I can make it to the stop on time. The new system they have is more efficient than it used to be.
