Great scale/scanner and really intriguing data. No problems with connectivity. However, I've attempted twice to sign up for the 'premium' version. I got email confirmation both times that I would be charged after the trial period, yet when I log into the app, all of the premium features are locked, and it asks me to sign up. I've rebooted twice & tried the transaction twice. No change. Quite disappointing. Hope it gets fixed!

I was so excited about this scale. The app is awful. It won't measure , it won't sync..I contact customer service , they tell me to uninstall and reinstall, etc I've done that 3 times already and still not working. It's an expensive scale, this should not be happening. Unfortunately, I will more than likely be returning it. Very disappointed

This app/scale has potential but is currently very glitchy. I signed up for the premium free trial, and it still shows everything as locked. The data provided is exactly what I'm looking for, and I hope they get the app stability figured out soon. This wasn't a cheap scale, and I hope I don't regret not just going to walmart for one.
