This app is very slow, and I frequently encounter error pages where the app has lost communication with the server. Payments on it take a long time to load and process. Overall, it is too clunky to be useful, so I usually just open my account on a web browser. I have given up on gaining any energy usage insights from this app.

Have you been hacked or something? Tried paying my bill via the app and it wouldn't progress beyond the payment entry screen. And it wanted to save my full credit card number in the open as the payment nickname! Update: and now the usage tab is useless! It used to show unbilled usage and now it doesn't show anything useful. Why do you guys not fix this app? It's a security issue!

Slow, very slow. Whether that's due to bad hosting, bad equipment or bad coding, I can't tell. It's like they only made the app for people to be able to pay their bill on your phone and tried to throw minor functionality in it to appeal some subset of people but decided the developer was too expensive and pushed it out unfinished.
