This app makes my life so much more complicated. It's nothing but headaches. I'm extremely busy, and I don't have time to call the bank every time I need to log in. It's the biggest hassel. Constantly needing to change passwords... App issues... I have every intention on moving my business accounts, and this is exactly the reason why. Such a huge disappointment!

The app crashes every time I try to log into it. This has been occurring for the last 4 months and it is a complete pain. I appreciate that Farmers has multiple locations and has been adding locations but when I have only 2 or 3 checks to deposit, would be amazing to use the app to deposit then instead of making an extra trip. Moving my accounts to Farmers bank has been a bit too frustrating. They are willing to loan me money faster than any other bank though so that's a silver lining.

I don't know why this company can't leave well enough alone, it is bad enough having to update your password all the time. I used to be able to use this app for mobile deposits, and then it says to call the number and it tells you the app doesn't work and to download the new app. Well if you have a business account good luck with the new app, it will not recognize your credentials to log in. Also, the bill payment option is not available.
