I open the app and immediately get an error "Sorry. An error occurred and we've not been able to process your request. Please try again later and contact our customer support if the problem persists. " I was hoping this was an upgrade from the archaic systems and websites the City of Austin has tried to implement over the past year. Use the website, not the app. The newer website is a huge improvement to the qr code driven monstrosity they had at the beginning of the summer.

I downloaded this app after purchasing a season pass to barton springs for $190.00. I have used the app several times, but it is now displaying an error message when I try to open it. The message instructs me to "contact Customer Support," but no contact info is provided. Pool staff also could not provide contact info.

App was easy to use. Line in Austin was from hell itself to get to Barton springs. Line had no description so we waited only to be told this was for cash only. With six kids and being tourists that sucked. Went to another line where it was on the side and hidden away for card. They said you had to use a kiosk when we got there so holy Jesus we had to wait to use a kiosk get tickets then wait in line again. They don't allow coolers or food anymore like they used to which sucks as well... 😢
