Laggy during important sporting games, misdirecting package info, limited functionality between mobile and TV apps, unhelpful staff, unfriendly user interface. What else to say but a complete shitshow that can easily be replaced by other apps like VieOn or K+. They too have HBO Go and other movies/shows without as much drama. Regret ever purchasing long subscription. 100% would NOT recommend.

The video cannot go full screen (stills showing notifications bar and nav bar), lacks of video quality selector, doesn't go straight in the app but showing an ad screen for current sport live stream instead. Another thing: when I subscribed to the Max plan, day after day I got spam messages and phone calls. Not sure if this is concident or they selling data.

I cannot cast videos from my Android phone to my sony smart television. It works when it comes to Youtube so probably there's something wrong with your app. Actually I won't need to do it if videos in your app can load and play on my TV. I don't have this kind of technical issues when using ZingTV, YouTube and Netflix...it's just a few Chinese dramas I am watching atm are available on FPTplay only. It's quite frustrating.
