It is totally a disaster application. Even after paying premium balance is not updated. Number of pending premium is not updated and is still showing only one premium paid. Complete disaster. Will never recommend anyone. It ask for set Mpin and fingerprint authorisation whenever I log in. I did both several times but application keep asking same again and again. KINDLY FIX THIS APPLICATION FOR BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Why can't I select my permanent address as my correspondence address? I recently updated my permanent address by filling up the form, uploading proof of residence document etc. Why do I need to do the same exercise again to update my correspondence address? Another thing, your 'Chat with us' button is covering other important buttons and links on the main interface. It's frustrating to operate in some places.

The app stops me to login post providing the otp. It states the phone number is less than 10 characters. I tried with email I'd also but facing the same issue. Singapore phone numbers are 8 characters only. I was able to login earlier, it seems post latest update this bug has been introduced and I am not able to access my account. Please help to look into this urgently and get this resolved. Thanks
